Dr Caroline Lim

Oculoplastic and Lacrimal Surgery and Cataract Surgery
Dr Lim is a fellowship trained ophthalmologist and ophthalmic surgeon with interests in cataract surgery, oculoplastic surgery and general ophthalmology. Dr Lim graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery with Honours from the University of Western Australia. She completed her residency in Ophthalmology at Royal Perth Hospital in 2011, and subsequently completed her advanced specialist Ophthalmology training in Perth, Western Australia.
Biography
Dr Lim undertook further advanced training in cataract surgery at Monash Health in Melbourne, Victoria. Following this she completed an International Clinical Fellowship in Oculoplastic surgery and Ophthalmology in the United Kingdom.
In addition to consulting at South Street Eye Clinic, Dr Lim holds a public hospital consultant appointment at Fremantle Hospital. She operates privately at Perth Eye Hospital and Subiaco Eye Hospital. She is a member of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists and the British Oculoplastic Society.
Dr Lim has worked as a senior clinical lecturer at the University of Western Australia and is involved in the teaching of Ophthalmology registrars and medical students. She has published in multiple peer reviewed journals and has presented at numerous ophthalmology conferences.
